Because this event involves families and children, we treat privacy as a priority.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to process tickets, competition registrations, exhibitor and sponsor enquiries: name, email address, phone number, and where relevant a child's first name and age band.
Children's information
Information about children is collected only from a parent or legal guardian, only for competition eligibility and safety, and is never used for marketing to children.
Photography and media consent
Photography and filming take place at the event. Images of children are only published where a parent or guardian has given consent at registration or at the event. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting us.
How we use your information
To confirm your tickets or registration, to answer enquiries, and — only where you have opted in — to send you event updates. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and deletion
Registration and enquiry data is retained for the duration of the event campaign and post-event reporting, then deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion at any time.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, forms are submitted securely, administrative access is authenticated and role-based, and spam protection is applied to public forms.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and withdraw marketing consent, by emailing zithunzhi@gmail.com.
